In this case, take a photo of the part that is defective and send it to us via WhatsApp, to the customer service number +34 629 96 74 10 or email to info@n1gloves.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the claim. 

Our Quality Department will verify that the demage is due to manufacturing and not due to misuse and will indicate the next steps to take. 

In the event that there is a manufacturing defect, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible. 

◉ You will receive a ""Discount Voucher"" for the same amount of the purchase (without eventual shipping costs) to exchange it for another product. 

Otherwise, you will have to pay for the shipping costs to receive your product back
