N1 GLOVES RETURN CONDITIONS

At N1 Gloves, we are confident that our gloves are the best in the world. However, if you are not satisfied with your goalkeeper gloves or any other product, or if the size is incorrect, you can easily return them within 14 days of receiving the product(s), in accordance with current regulations.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED:

◉ Products that have already been used
◉ Gloves from which the protective film has been removed
◉ Personalized products, as they have been created exclusively for you and therefore cannot be returned.

RETURN INFORMATION

◉ If you have received your order and the size is not what you need, you can return it within 14 days and request a size change. If the requested size is not in stock, we may suggest another model or offer a full refund.
◉ If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if a product develops a defect after a short period of use, you can file a claim. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, you will be offered a full refund, including initial shipping costs, or a replacement product, depending on your preference.
◉ Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after this period.
◉ If the requested size is not in stock, we may suggest another model for exchange.
◉ Return processing typically takes between 10 and 15 business days from the receipt of the returned product.

IMPORTANT: A FULL REFUND OF THE ORDER AMOUNT WILL BE PROVIDED IN CASE OF RETURN.
