WHAT CONDITIONS ARE THER FOR RETURNING N1 GLOVES? 

For us, N1 GLOVES are the best in the world. But if you don't like your goalkeeper gloves or a different product, or they don't fit you, you can easily send them back to us within 7 days. 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED: 

◉ Products that have already been used
◉ Gloves whose protective film has been removed
◉ Customized products were made exclusively for you, and therefore cannot be returned.

INFORMATION ON RETURNS 

If you have received your order and the size does not correspond to what you need, you can apply for a return and request a change in size.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if a product becomes damaged after a short period of use, you can file a complaint and our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to start the process and find the best solution possible to your claim. 

Returns are only possible within 7 days of receiving the products. Unfortunately, products returned after this date cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

It may be the case that the new size you request is not available in stock, in which case we can suggest another model for the change. 

On average it takes approx. 10 to 15 business days to process a return. 

IMPORTANT: THE AMOUNT OF THE ORDER IS NOT REFUNDED. 

As soon as your return has been completely processed, you will receive a ""Discount Voucher"" for the same amount of the purchase (without eventual shipping costs) to exchange it for another product.
