N1 GLOVES RETURN CONDITIONS

At N1 Gloves, we are confident that our gloves are the best in the world. However, if you are not satisfied with your goalkeeper gloves or any other product, or if the size is incorrect, you may return them within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s), in accordance with current regulations.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED:

◉ Products that have already been used
◉ Gloves from which the protective film has been removed
◉ Personalized products, as they are made exclusively for you and therefore cannot be returned.

RETURN INFORMATION

◉ If you have received your order and the size is not correct, you may return it within 14 days and request a size exchange. If the requested size is not in stock, we may suggest another model or offer a full refund.

◉ If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if a product develops a defect after a short period of use, you may submit a claim. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, you will be offered a full refund, including initial shipping costs, or a replacement product, depending on your preference.

◉ Returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after this period.

◉ If the requested size is not in stock, we may suggest another model for exchange.

◉ Return processing usually takes between 10 and 15 business days from receipt of the returned product.

IMPORTANT: A FULL REFUND OF THE ORDER AMOUNT WILL BE ISSUED IN CASE OF RETURN.
