N1 GLOVES RETURN CONDITIONS

At N1 Gloves, we are confident that our gloves are the best in the world. However, if you are not satisfied with your goalkeeper gloves or any other product, or if the size is incorrect, you can return them easily within the applicable return period in accordance with current regulations.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD (BLACK FRIDAY / CHRISTMAS)

For all orders placed from November 18th, the return period is extended until January 10th.

For orders placed before November 18th or after January 10th, the standard return period of 14 days from the date of receipt applies.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED:

◉ Products that have already been used

◉ Gloves from which the protective film has been removed

◉ Personalized products, as they have been created exclusively for you and therefore cannot be returned.

RETURN INFORMATION

◉ If you have received your order and the size is not what you need, you may return it within the applicable period (until January 10th for orders from November 18th; 14 days for all others) and request a size exchange. If the requested size is not in stock, we may suggest another model or offer a full refund.

◉ If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if a product develops a defect after a short period of use, you may file a claim. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, you will be offered a full refund, including initial shipping costs, or a replacement product—whichever you prefer.

◉ Returns are possible only within the applicable period (extended or 14 days depending on the purchase date). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after this time.

◉ If the requested size is not in stock, we may suggest another model for the exchange.

◉ Return processing typically takes between 10 and 15 business days from the receipt of the returned product.

IMPORTANT:

A FULL REFUND OF THE ORDER AMOUNT WILL BE PROVIDED IN CASE OF RETURN.
